Terms and Conditions

1)      20% deposit payable with order.  Balance payment before delivery.

2)      Whilst every effort will be made to meet stated delivery dates, no guarantee can be given.

3)      Free storage facilities are available for one month after the goods have been delivered to our  warehouses.  Thereafter a storage charge will be made.

4)      Responsibility cannot be accepted for the suitability of customers own fabrics.

5)      Colour variations between dye batches do occur.  However every effort will be made to achieve the best possible match.

6)      Unless otherwise requested, customers own choice of fabric will be cut and sewn at the upholsterers’ discretion.

7)      There must be reasonable access for furniture delivery.
